It sources real estate investment opportunities, undertakes quantitative & qualitative investment analysis and manages all aspects of real estate due diligence, including valuation, legal, Shari'a structuring and transaction execution matters.
The team enjoys relationships with leading real estate professionals and a broad range of participants in the UK and European real estate markets, who can provide specialist professional services and on and off-market investment opportunities.
Investment and Development Project Monitoring and General Real Estate Asset Management
QIB (UK) Real Estate has the technical competencies to manage real estate Project Monitoring / Asset Management assignments. These assignments are likely to involve development transactions and could be linked to transactions where QIB (UK) has provided initial Investment Advisory services. Projects will be located in the prime markets of the UK and Western Europe.
Musharaka-based Real Estate Finance
The financing requirements of high net-worth clients can be met by a Musharaka-based financing product that has been developed by QIB (UK) Real Estate and its professional advisors. The product can be tailored on a property-specific basis and is well suited to support the acquisition or refinancing of investment property.
Development and Marketing of Real Estate Funds
